This Privacy Policy explains how Leadverse ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and safeguards your information when you use our lead management CRM and related services (the "Service"). Leadverse is a software product owned and operated by Naavigo Campaigns and Events Private Limited. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• Account information: name, email, phone number and organization details you provide when creating an account.
• Lead data: contact and enquiry information captured through your connected channels and forms.
• Usage data: log data, device information and how you interact with the Service.
• Payment information: billing details processed securely by our payment partners.
• Communications: messages you send to our sales and support teams.

A core function of Leadverse is to store and process the leads you capture. As the customer, you are the data controller of your lead data and are responsible for obtaining any consent required from your leads. We act as a data processor and handle this data solely to provide the Service to you, in line with your instructions.

We use account information to authenticate users, apply role-based permissions, provide support, send service-related notifications and secure your organization's workspace. Each organization's data is logically isolated from others.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand how the Service is used. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

Leadverse connects to third-party platforms so you can capture and act on leads. When you enable an integration, data is exchanged with that provider under their terms and privacy policies:

• WhatsApp: to send and receive messages and log conversations.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram): to import leads from Meta Lead Ads.
• Google: to capture leads from Google Ads and related services.
• Websites, WordPress, Elementor forms, and custom APIs & webhooks.

Some features use AI to generate summaries, insights and suggestions (for example, voice-note summaries). Content you submit to these features may be processed by trusted AI service providers solely to return a result to you. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before you rely on it.

• To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
• To process transactions and manage subscriptions.
• To provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
• To secure our systems and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. On account closure, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls and organization-level data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your information. See our Data Security & Compliance page for more.

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal data on lawful bases such as contract performance, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligation. You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by contacting us.

For users in India, we handle personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We process personal data for lawful purposes, provide mechanisms to access and correct your data, and address grievances through the contact channel below.

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

The Service is operated from India. If you access it from other regions, your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in India and other locations where our providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal limits.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

The Leadverse Android app provides access to the same Service through a mobile interface. In addition to the data described above, the app may collect or request:

• Push notification tokens. When you sign in, we register a device token with Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can deliver notifications about your leads and account activity. Tokens are linked to your user account and are deleted when you sign out or uninstall the app.
• Camera and microphone. Accessed only when you actively use a feature that requires them, such as capturing a photo or recording a voice note. The app requests your permission at that moment, and does not access the camera or microphone in the background.
• Location. Accessed only when you use a feature that requires your location. The app requests permission at that moment and does not track your location in the background or when the app is closed.
• Analytics and device identifiers. We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app installs, usage and stability. This may include a device advertising identifier. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.

Camera, microphone and location permissions are optional. Declining them will disable the specific feature that needs them, but you can continue to use the rest of the app.

Deleting your account. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. See our Account Deletion page or write to hello@leadverse.in. We will action the request within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
