Delete Your Leadverse Account

Email hello@leadverse.in from the email address registered to your Leadverse account, with the subject line "Account deletion request". Include your organization name so we can locate the correct workspace.

If you cannot email from your registered address, contact us anyway and we will verify your identity before proceeding.

• Your user account and login credentials
• Your name, email address, phone number and profile details
• Push notification tokens registered to your devices
• Lead records, notes, activity history and files in your workspace
• Integration connections and any stored access tokens

• Transaction and billing records, where we are required to keep them under Indian tax and accounting law
• Anonymized or aggregated usage data that cannot identify you
• Records we must retain to comply with a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute

We acknowledge deletion requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive confirmation by email once it is done.

If your account belongs to an organization workspace, deleting your user account does not delete the whole organization. If you are the workspace owner and want the entire organization and its lead data removed, say so in your request.

You do not need to delete your account to remove specific data. Signed in to Leadverse, you can delete individual leads, notes, activity records and uploaded files at any time from the relevant screen. Deleted records are removed from your workspace immediately.

If you want a larger set of data removed — for example all leads from a particular source or date range — email hello@leadverse.in describing what you want deleted. We action these within 30 days. Billing records and data we are legally required to keep are retained as described above.
